📍Where does Oh Sugar Patisserie deliver?

We currently deliver only within Jaipur city, typically within a ~20 km radius of Shyam Nagar, using local delivery partners such as Porter.

⏱️Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes. For prepaid orders confirmed before 12:00 PM, we usually offer same-day delivery, subject to slot availability.

Orders confirmed after 12:00 PM are typically delivered the next day or as per the available time slot.

💰Do you have Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No. Oh Sugar Patisserie accepts prepaid orders only through ohsugarpatisserie.com. Delivery charges are shown at checkout and should not be paid separately in cash to the rider.

🧁Are your products vegetarian?

Yes. Oh Sugar Patisserie is a pure vegetarian, egg-free bakery. We do not use eggs in our products. Many items may contain dairy, gluten, nuts, or soy – please check details if you have allergies.

📦What if my cake or dessert arrives damaged?

If your order appears severely damaged on arrival:

• Record a clear unboxing video from the sealed box.
• Take close-up photos of the issue.
• Email everything to ohsugar@govindjee.store within 24 hours of delivery.

Our team will review and get back to you as per our Refunds & Returns Policy.

↩️Can I return or exchange a cake?

Since our products are fresh and perishable, returns are only considered if:

• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product is clearly spoiled or severely damaged at the time of delivery.

Taste preferences or minor design differences are not eligible for returns.

🧊How should I store my cake or dessert?

Most cakes and cream-based desserts should be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within the recommended time mentioned on the product or by our team. Avoid direct sunlight, heat, or leaving the cake outside for long periods.
