By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and all related policies, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Refunds & Returns Policy, and Website Disclaimer.

1. Online Store Terms

• You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction or have consent from a parent or guardian to place an order.
• You agree not to use our website or products for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
• You must not transmit malware, viruses, or any destructive code.

2. General Conditions

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any lawful reason.
• Your content (excluding payment details) may be transferred unencrypted over networks.
• All payment information is processed securely by our payment partners via Shopify.

3. Product Information & Accuracy

We strive to display accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images. However:

• Colours, designs, and decorations may vary slightly from reference images.
• Minor changes in garnish or finish may occur due to hand-crafted preparation.
• We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Typographical Error Clause: If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to system or supplier error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel such orders and issue a full refund.

4. Pure Vegetarian & Allergen Information

Oh Sugar Patisserie is a pure vegetarian (egg-free) bakery. We do not use eggs in our products.

However, our kitchen may handle or process ingredients containing:

• Milk and dairy products
• Wheat / gluten
• Nuts and tree nuts
• Peanuts
• Soy
• Chocolate, cocoa, and related ingredients

5. Prices & Modifications

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We may change prices, add or discontinue products, or update offers without prior notice.
• Limited-time promotions or discounts may be offered from time to time.

6. Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 10 minutes of placing them, subject to preparation status.
• To request cancellation, email ohsugar@govindjee.store with your Order ID.
• Once preparation has begun or the order is out for delivery, cancellations are not possible.

7. Returns & Refunds

As our products are fresh and perishable, returns and refunds are limited. Please refer to our Refunds & Returns Policy for full details. In summary:

• Returns may be considered only for wrong, severely damaged, or clearly spoiled items.
• Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with a complete unboxing video and photos.
• Personal taste preferences or minor design variations are not eligible for refunds.

Oh Sugar Patisserie reserves the right to make the final decision on refunds or replacements.

8. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver only within Jaipur using third-party logistics partners (such as Porter). For complete terms, please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy. In brief:

• Delivery within approximately 20 km radius from Shyam Nagar, Jaipur.
• Same-day delivery for prepaid orders confirmed before 12:00 PM, subject to availability.
• Only prepaid orders are accepted; Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
• Delivery fees are displayed at checkout and should not be paid in cash to the rider.

9. SMS, WhatsApp & Email Communication

By placing an order, you consent to receive order confirmations, delivery updates, and related communication via SMS, WhatsApp, and email.

Promotional messages may be sent where permitted by law. You may opt out at any time by following unsubscribe instructions or replying STOP. Standard carrier charges may apply.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oh Sugar Patisserie and M/s Jeeyo shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products.
• Allergic reactions due to undisclosed allergies or improper consumption.
• Spoilage or damage occurring after successful delivery due to customer handling or storage.
• Minor design, colour, or weight variations.
• Delivery delays caused by third-party partners or factors beyond our control.

Our total liability for any claim related to a specific order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. The latest version will always be available on ohsugarpatisserie.com with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
