Oh Sugar Patisserie (ohsugarpatisserie.com) bakes and delivers fresh, pure vegetarian (egg-free) cakes and desserts within Jaipur. Please read the delivery terms carefully before placing your order.

1. Delivery Area

• We currently deliver only within Jaipur city.
• Delivery is available within approximately a 20 km radius of our Shyam Nagar location (D-84, Jan Path, Jaipur).
• Orders placed outside this delivery radius may be cancelled and refunded.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

Same-Day Delivery: Orders confirmed and prepaid before 12:00 PM, subject to slot availability.

Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed or confirmed after 12:00 PM are typically delivered the next day or as per the selected time slot.

Deliveries may not take place on certain public holidays or during unforeseen circumstances. Any such exceptions will be communicated on the website or at checkout.

Delivery times may vary based on order volume, weather conditions, traffic, and operational factors.

3. Delivery Method – Porter

We deliver through third-party logistics partners such as Porter for fast and reliable local delivery.

• Delivery is usually carried out using two-wheelers or suitable vehicles depending on order size.
• Packaging is designed to minimise movement, but cakes and desserts remain delicate items.

Delivery Charges:

• Charges are based on delivery distance and order weight or volume.
• Delivery fees are calculated and displayed at checkout on ohsugarpatisserie.com.
• No additional cash payment should be given to the rider for delivery charges.

Important: We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid through our website.

4. No In-Store Pickup

Oh Sugar Patisserie currently operates as an online, delivery-only bakery within Jaipur.

• No walk-in or in-store pickup is available.
• All orders are delivered to the address provided during checkout.

5. Delivery Guidelines

• Please ensure your delivery address, pin code, and contact number are accurate at checkout.
• Keep your phone reachable around the expected delivery time.
• If the rider cannot reach you or access the location, delays or returns may occur.
• If the delivery box appears severely damaged, you may refuse delivery or accept it and immediately record a detailed unboxing video.

Any damage or serious issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with a complete unboxing video for support.

6. Delays & Limitations

While we aim to deliver within the communicated time window, delays may occur due to:

• Heavy traffic or adverse weather conditions
• Festival rush or high order volumes
• Operational issues at our bakery or with delivery partners
• Incorrect or incomplete address or customer unavailability

Oh Sugar Patisserie is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control once an order has been dispatched.
